I could be completely wrong, but I think it means things derived from his (David Nelson) copies of the episodes. "Ozzie and Harriet" is one of those series for which countless prints of various ages and quality are in the hands of private collectors. Things derived from the private collectors copies (which includes most prints on DVD and IA) should be safe as long as the exact episodes are PD. I could be wrong, though.

Thanks, It sounded something like this to me, but I would like to be sure before doing anything and I can't find anyother place refering to it more clearly.
